Mental health is a journey that touches us all, yet it’s often surrounded by stigma and misunderstanding. Trent and Ross Taylor faced their own mental health challenges with courage and resilience. Through it all, they remained beacons of light—never losing their humor, kindness, or love for those around them.
Inspired by their legacy, Team Taylor is committed to advocating for mental health awareness and support. Our fundraising efforts directly benefit mental health initiatives in Northern Cook County, including vital programs provided by NAMI CCNS. By raising awareness and funds, we are working to build a community where mental health is prioritized, and no one has to face their struggles alone.
Join us in honoring Trent and Ross by spreading kindness, compassion, and understanding. Together, we can break the stigma and make a lasting impact in the lives of those affected by mental health challenges.
Following the success of our first two events—where we raised a combined $33,000 for NAMI CCNS—Team Taylor is excited to continue this annual tradition in honor of Ross and Trent Taylor.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 21, 2025, and stay tuned for full event details!
All proceeds from the event will directly support mental health initiatives through NAMI CCNS, helping provide critical resources and support to those in need.
The day will begin with the memorial walk, followed by a golf outing at Anetsberger Golf Course. Join us in raising awareness, supporting mental health, and coming together as a community to make a difference.

Post-Outing Gathering at The Shack – Everyone’s Welcome!
After the golf outing, join us for a casual gathering at The Shack Indoor Golf Club in Glenview:
📍 1631 Beacon Place, Glenview, IL 60026
We’ll have all bays open, a cash bar, and a great chance to relax, connect, and celebrate the impact we’re making together.
You don’t have to participate in the walk or golf to attend—everyone is welcome. Come hang out, have a drink, and support a great cause in good company.
